While remote working is not a new concept, it is a new reality for many professionals as the COVID -19 pandemic has forced so many into uncharted territory without much warning or preparation. Recent stay-at-home and shelter-in-place orders have made remote working the norm, not the exception.
There are undeniable benefits of remote working, but there are plenty of challenges with it as well. In this interactive webinar, we will explore ways of dealing with those challenges as both individual contributors and as leaders who need to engage remote work teams.

About Tiffany
Tiffany has over 20 years of experience in the learning and development profession. She is passionate about all aspects of learning – from facilitating, designing and developing, to managing learning teams.
After serving in various roles, including Training and Development Director, she currently works as a Change Leader for major corporate initiatives.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Master’s degree in Corporate Communications with an emphasis in Training & Development, both from the University of South Alabama. Tiffany was also an adjunct professor at USA teaching communications courses.
She is a member of the national and New Orleans chapters of ATD, a member of NOLA SHRM, and frequently volunteers for organizations and events in the community.
