I’m a Learning and Talent Development leader with 20+ years of experience helping people and organizations grow through thoughtful, practical learning. I design and deliver learning strategies that build skills, boost performance, and strengthen organizations—and I love creating learning experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and easy to use for employees at all levels.
My background spans the full learning and development lifecycle, from strategy and program design to facilitation, learning technologies, LMS implementation, and program evaluation. Over the past several years, my work has expanded into broader Talent Development efforts, including leadership development, succession planning, and coaching. I enjoy partnering with leaders and teams to build long-term capability and confidence.
